About Benjamin Trow (ISO PRO)
I grew up in the family business—a family-owned business for five generations. I learned from an early age what it took to survive in business (quality and customer service) and what was possible to create when customer focus was a priority.
With an education in Chemical Engineering, I entered the world of manufacturing as a Quality Engineer where I had responsible for the day-to-day requirements of ISO 9001. As a Quality Manager, I had responsible for maintaining and resourcing ISO 9001 certification. As a Director of Quality, I was responsible for the strategy and possible profitability behind each Quality System option.
I have since founded ISO PRO to implement ISO 9001, AS9100, and ISO 13485 systems for small companies by identifying and implementing the simplest and most effective solutions possible. Whether it’s implementing, maintaining, or leveraging certification, we aim to take the worry and stress out of the process by working in collaboration with you to ultimately increase profits!
